Israk dan Mikraj

Today again is the public holiday on the occasion of the Israk Mikraj day. Setiap kali bulan Rejab tiba, umat Islam akan mengenang kembali peristiwa Israk dan Mikraj, salah satu mukjizat kepada Rasulullah s.a.w. Ada pun Israk bermakna perjalanan dari Mekah ke Masjid al-Aqsa di Baitul Maqdis. Mikraj pula adalah perjalanan dari bumi ke langit sehingga ke Sidratul Muntaha. Ia berlaku pada malam 27 Rejab setahun sebelum hijrah. Peristiwa ini antara lain untuk memberi kegembiraan kepada Rasulullah selepas dilanda dukacita berikutan kewafatan isteri tercinta, Siti Khadijah dan juga bapa saudaranya, Abu Talib. Tahun itu juga digelar sebagai tahun dukacita.

I was suppose to fast today but because last nite or should I say tadi pagi, Subuh, around 3am, terbangun ku dari tidur ku because ada rasa kan muntah (bukan pregnant eh) sal gastric ku datang lagi. Two nights in a row sudah nie melanda diri ku (eseh..) Lapas muntah atu, inda ku mau bawa minum or makan cos if i eat or drink sumtin, gerenti kan muntah lagi. Then tidur ku balik and woke up around 11am. Daymmm.. i missed the Israk Mikraj ceremony di ICC.. I mean missed tah ku meliat LIVE.. hehe bukan kan ke sana.

My mom was fasting tadi so she didnt cook for lunch, so no lunch for me today, just makan roti and minum soya bean. Macam totally boring hari ani, nada kan di buat except ku main game, The Sims bustin out till 4pm then turun ku ke bawah and i saw my mom potong-potong ayam and I told her to get a rest since today ia puasa and let me cook saja for dinner. And so i did. I cooked Corn and Abalone soup, Fried Chicken with Lemon Sauce and Kangkong goreng sambal belacan. Its been a while I didnt cook, lately malas ku kan masak because antah ah, malas sudah kan masak but since tadi atu kan cari pahala sempena menyambut Israk Mikraj, why not do a good deed sekali kala ehehe..


Well, I guess that's all about it.. not looking forward tomorrow cos I have to go to a place where banyak orang selalu mengaga (bank, Jabatan electric, JKR, DST, ect.. ) I really hate waiting, gerenti esuk ramai urang nie since tadi sudah public holiday.. laterz..

Just another day

Another day, another month. Masa begitu cepat berlalu. I started using this blog last January 2008, i think and now kan masuk bulan August sudah. Tutup mata.. tutup mata, nah kan bulan September tia (Starting counting ku udah nie), bulan yang paling indah dan bahagia tu seumur hidup ku di mana pada bulan atu lah ku dapat meliat dunia dan pandai menyanyi.. haha apa kan.. merepekz wah aku ani. Actually aku nada kan di blog kan bah. Friends keeps on nagging me to update my blog but antah malas ku. Was busy lately, busy main game, busy office hunting for the AS, busy buat logo for the AS and also busy designing website for the AS. Mostly I am 24/7 (menipu tah jua) depan computer but busy doing work so kalau ada yang menudge balik-balik or inda terlayan and sampai aku kena ucap ambung, sorry guys.. bukan nda melayan but sibuk teramat busy and kadang-kadang i wasn't really depan computer.. opposite computer saja.

So right now relaxing a bit, tengah mengupload lagu dalam ziddu for you guys to download all the latest Indon songs. Ice Pack

I laaaiikkk...

This ice cream is the best local ice cream ever. Reminds me of my childhood. I used to eat this ice cream when i was a kid. I remember masa time sekolah ugama, inda boleh ku miss beli ice cream ani and masa atu the cost for each ice cream was 10 cent. Now masih lagi berjual this ice cream and the price is different, ada yang 25 cent and ada yang 40 cent. You can find this ice cream at Mabohai, belakang Sekolah STPRI. Its only 25 cent each. Mmmmm.. I laaaiikk..~~

Random Topics

Ignore the title of my blog because I don't know what topic kan ku blog for today. Neways, lately ani, I've been staying at home saja for almost a week sudah (krg ku cerita kenapa). I don't even get a sms from my friends since 12th July till now. That means all my buddies are busy with the perayaan thingy. Owh but i do get a call pulang from my friends and from the AS. As for me, malas tah ku kan ingau kan ke gerai perayaan ah. Going to a crowded place makes me dizzy. Then traffic jam lagi, need to find a parking spaces lagi, tau sudah di bandar atu banyak road kena tutup and limited parking space kena sediakan sampai terpaksa orang parking arah non parking area especially atas stable lah, siring2 jalan raya, yang two lane jadi one lane cos of urang parking di sana (Selalunya arah along jalan Pusat Belia, Chung Hwa, Jln ke Kianggeh ni) which is really irritating. The police pun inda jua dapat buat apa-apa.. sheesshh..

Then if hujan, terpaksa jua tu jalan kaki basah-basah ke gerai and ke taman. I mean what's the point of going there anyway? Kan meliat persembahan, inda jua siuk. Kan menyuci mata, kajap saja tu, abis-abis melintasi saja and bagi senyuman. Thats it, bukannya kan dapat numbur tefon. If menagur, kena ucap gatal or inda sadar diri.. hehehe. Not that I've experience it before but I'm sure that'll happened. If I want to go there, mesti aku ada tujuan kan ke sana, kan beli apa and I rather ikut menumpang kawan saja so I wont be pissed kan traffic jam and kan cari parking. And if ku kan ke gerai atu jua because of sotong tutuk. Yup, I love the dry sotong tutuk but it's expensive nowdays. Seplastic atu saja B$2. And then sikit lagi tu dalamnya. But taisliur punya pasal, paksa jua membeli.

Ok tukar topic. Tadi kan bila ku kan memblog, i was amazed and impressed at the same time with blogger.com ani. Pasalnya tau ia aku ani melayu.. haha I mean i didn't change the language setting, never ever, inda pernah but then bila ku kan memblog *toink* dalam bahasa melayu ani wah. Makin banyak lagi tu bahasa ada dalam sana. Wordpress mana ada tu, ada kah? No? hehe..



Ku click arah language settings, kira kan cari bahasa Brunei, tapi inda ada, bahasa Melayu saja ada which is common, boring jua tu. If bahasa kitani (Brunei) bisai, macam gambar di atas ani ada kena buat "pergi ke blogger.com" lau lam bahasa kitani "aga ke blogger.com" hehe. bisai jua udah tu.

Tokar topic lagi. Tadi ada ku ckp pasal napa aku stay di rumah saja kan? well its because of this game, Glass Rose. I was really addicted to this game. I had it lama sudah since 2 years ago pulang sudah and I've played this game before but terstuck ku in the middle of the game, jadi buntu ku ulehnya (bkn perut mkin buntu, adalah sikit) inda terjalan game atu so i stopped playing it. But now aku main lagi this game from the beginning although i still have the last saved game in the memory card but in order to know the story of this game, mesti jua start from the beginning kan.

Its a strategy game which I really like to play a strategy game and this game macam detective mencari clue and evidence, sumting like that la. This game is about a journalist investigating a house where an unsolved murder took place. For reasons currently unknown, he's magically whisked back to 1929 - presumably the year that the grisly homicide took place - and mysteriously blessed with the power of telepathy. Curiouser and curiouser. Figuring that he can use his newfound abilities to help solve or perhaps even prevent the gross misdeed in a Quantum Leap style(e), Takasi turns psychic detective and sets about reading the minds of the characters he encounters to separate the lies from the truth. The 3D was superb and its in English by the way although the game is originally from Japan. This game has been released lama sudah since 2004. I'm not sure if this game is still available in the local game stores and If nada berjual lagi, you can always rent it from me B$1.00 per day. Hehehe..

I managed to finish this game yesterday and I love the ending. Its a happy ending. Tip of this game, must find all the clues, puzzles and evidence in the mansion. If inda dapat all the evidence and the heart fragments, you will end up to a sad ending.

Playful Ghost

Usually I went to sleep around 430am - 5am after Subuh prayer but now inda lagi. I managed to fall asleep at around 230am since yesterday sudah and that is because I ate /drank too much honey. Mesti kamu tanya kenapa honey, kan? Petua urang tua-tua, kalau inda dapat tidur, bawa makan atau minum madu sebelum tengah malam, and thats what i did. And it sure cure my insomnia disease.

Anyways, I'm gonna story you all about this Playful Ghost . It all started at 130am. I was watching this Bruneian Drama at RTB 2, Menyulam Kasih. I got nothing to watch jua since the Astro Split kad in my room doesn't work lagi after I changed it to the new Astro kad. Then macam i feel like peeing so ke jamban tah ku nie and do my stuff, suddenly I heard strange noise from the outside. Bercakap tah ku nie "jangan tah ku di kacau". Aku ignore saja with the strange noise. Washed my hand and then masuk ke bilik semula, continue watching Tv. I then felt sleepy, tutup tv and hi-fi. As usual my room is dark bila ku kan tidur, no single light berbuka except lampu-lampu damit dari hi-fi atu lah.

Dalam tidurku yang lena atu, I have no dream at all but aku di kejutkan with something interesting. Paluk bantal yang ku hug atu suddenly kena tarik. I thought i was still sleeping and maybe i was only dreaming but it was not, sempat jua ku bangun tu and mencari and ambil semula bantalku. Then ku cuba bawa tidur lagi and cover my face with another pillow. Halfway tidur, bantal yang di muka ku atu kena tarik lagi padahal my hand atu atas that pillow. I then realised something is inside my room. My heart started to beat faster, baca-baca tah ku nie. At some point aku kesejukan and trying to pull the duvet ani arah ku but it was like berat as if ada "urang menahan". When i managed to pull back my duvet, kena tarik lagi selimut ku ani. Then ku tarik balik, then that thing menarik balik lagi. I was really pissed and inda pulang ku jadi takut. Tarus ku cakapi that thing "Baie kali eh, kau ani kan menakutkan aku kah atau mengacau aku tidur, jangan tarik selimut ku wah" Then I just ignore what that thing buat. It took my duvet and I end up sleeping without the duvet.

I think this ghost ani nada kan di buatnya bah. Usually aku selalu tidur akhir and selalu saja terdengar bunyi aneh dari luar bilikku and sometimes terliat imbasan-imbasan putih but atu inda ku tau lah mana tau cahaya kan but aku selalu saja ignore with this stuff cos it is so common to me sudah and inda ku berapa lagi takut or melayan "ia" lagi, so maybe since aku tidur awal atu, iatah "ia" pissed off and inda puas hati kan mengacau aku lah tu.. hehehe.. silly ghost.

Boring

It Saturday night and I am at home right now doing nothing, eh not nothing. I'm updating my blog jua nie but yeah still feeling bored. One of my friends offered me to watch Wanted with them but i have to reject them, and another friend of mine kan bawa lepak tonight at de'fountain and again I have to say no. Actually, I don't feel like going out tonight, I don't have the mood to go out, plus I've this severe headache which I got it since this afternoon. I don't know what cause of it but I had it since lama sudah. Prolly I always stay up late or could it be too much Aspartame in my body ani sudah. Oh well, lets story bout yesterday, shall we..............

Last night I went out with me friends. First we went to KFC bandar cos lama sudah inda ke sana and kan meliat kawasan sana. As we sat there and waiting for our food to come, macam the cloud is so thick, macam kan hujan. Then sudah the food datang, baru dalam 2 minit makan, turun tia hujan labat, terpaksa durang my friends ani (Lina & Rina) mengangkut soto drg ke dlm gerai and me myself bawa minuman ku. We met the rest of the gang di sana jua. Kami ke sana pun because kan ke Shaz Cafe but we couldn't find the place, taisliur ku kan makan kerang bakar tah pulang nah.

Oh yeah, before hujan, tuhur or surut kah air di kawasan sana. Very the dry one. Then masa hujan, still tuhur jua but ada lah sikit ayer atu.

The rain has stopped and we decide to walk to the bandar. Yes we walked, jalan kaki, taking pictures just like a tourist hehe.. siuk jua lah di malam atu. Bukan selalu ni we did this, its like twice a year only on a very important occasion. We went to this monument at Bandar. My first time ke sana tu.

Lapas dari tugu ani, we went to Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Shopping Complex. The ladies kan window shopping, we the gents pun ikut window shopping jua.

Then lapas shopping, we went to the SOAS Mosque. Saja melawat-melawat macam jadi tourist. At that time dalam pukul 9.30pm sudah and ada this guy yang menjaga kali masjid atu kan menutup pagar masjid. He then thought that we were a tourist pasalnya kami ani masuk kawasan masjid and bergambar-gambar and then ia bertanya arah Lina dari mana kami ani and we were laughing cos cali jua tu an Indonesian guy plang bertanya to a local people like us. Tapi rupa-rupanya the guy atu is Bruneian.. hahaha lagi tia pacah kami ah..

Then kami menyebarang kan ke tempat bendera basar where last 1st July ada function menaikkan bendera besar di tempat sini. Like I said, kami ke sini pun only ada important function for instance Hari kebangsaan and Royal Birthday. And the reason kami ke sini pun because kan menyanyi lagu kebangsaan Brunei and we did.

From the flag, kami tarus jalan round bandar lagi tempat the tower clock and arah gerbang-gerbang and tempat lampu berhias atu. Unfortunately alum ku upload the pictures lagi, so more pictures will be uploaded di sini soon. Ohhh, we saw ada this one huge banner of HM from the HSBC building di Bandar, terputus. Maybe because of the wind or hujan lebat that night atu.
I hope they will replace the banner ani. Thats all for now guys, will share more pictures with you. I really have a great time last night unfortunately not all jagongs turned up last night especially Roseh and Leena B. Adioosss..

SHOCKING NEWS...!!

Yesterday I went to the Soon Lee supermarket and bought a bottle of Light Coke (1.5 litre) which only cost me B$1.70. I also went to the nearest mini supermarket from my house and observed the price and it is B$1.80 but today when I went to the same mini supermarket, the price for the 1.5 litre Light coke increased to B$2.00. Not only light coke, but several cokes such as Zero Coke, Vanilla Coke, Coca-Cola and Lime Coke. I went to the other mini supermarket and the price is also the same. I haven't check the price at Soon Lee Supermarket or at Hua Ho yet but I will definitely check it later or tomorrow. But if any of you got the info about the price, do let me know.

There goes my light coke *sigh*..why makin expensive one aaah.. oh well, i guess i have to "like" diet Pepsi now.. everything is getting expensive here. Like my mom said "Setiap Hari Harga Barang Di Dunia Ani Makin Mahal, Manusia Saja Yang Murah". I have to agree with her. Makin hari makin naik harga di brunei ani.

Updated Yesterday Blog

Wednesday: Went to sent my niece to Al Falah School. Then i went to the Anggerek Clinic to get my medicine where i met Rano and Alin (Kurapak dude). I didn't see them at first but Rano saw me and called out my name, baru tah ku nampak drg ani. I asked them if Alin's name has been called out to the "weighting" area tapi drg ckp belum. Then I wished them luck and have a nice waiting for like 2 hrs. They were like kusut berabis especially si Alin yang damam ani. He asked me if the doctor can give MC for waiting for so long.. LoL. I gave them the tip to call the clinic before seeing the doctor so they don't have to wait that long. Beside its their first time jua bah ke Anggerek Clinic.

Saturday Night

I just had breakfast nie. I cooked nasi goreng kampung tadi at around 6am hehe. I was really tired and very sleepy last night sampai inda ku sanggup lagi kan duduk lama-lama depan PC. Went to bed as early as 10.15pm to watch HOUSE but unfortunately the TV was watching me sleeping till 530am. Baru ya nah, tidur mati sampai inda lagi kedengaran bunyi apa-apa especially bunyi TV atu. Usually terbangun ku tu if ku terdengar bunyi bising sikit but ani inda. I guess I was really really tired n exhausted.

So what did I do last weekend. Hmm.. I went to a dinner at my friend's house di Bengkurong. The theme for that night was Swiss Affair, hosted by our hostess, Mila. We had Pasta, Steak, Green Salad with Avocado and smoked salmon and of course we had the delicious Cheese Fondue. The cheese was soooooo yummy, i was moaning while eating the cheese. It was superb, I really love the cheese. She brought the cheese all the way from Swiss, Austria. Pssstt Mila, if ada cheese lebih, mintaaa.. nyaman bah. Ok Im falling in love with C now.. hahahaha..

Of all the pictures, I forgot to take the picture of the Cheese Fondue but luckily arah camera si Qush ada. So the pic below ani lah ada gambar Cheese Fondue. It's like a sauce pulang the cheese atu but thats what u called Cheese Fondue and the way you eat it is to dip the bread in the sauce and eat it. You can eat the cheese with anything for instance meat, raw garlic, fruits, celery, etc..

I love the pasta, simple but rich in olive oil and parmesan cheese. The beverage on the right side of the picture below is the champagne. Champagne mixed with fresh basil leaves. The taste was excellent and fragrant.

By the way its a non alcohol champagne, just in case if you guys are wondering banar kah inda tu champagne ah hahaha. Oh well, I guess that's all about it. I would like to say Thanks to our hostess for hosting the wonderful superb dinner. We love the dinner, I love the dinner. I was really full and I couldn't even bare to get up from the seat lapas makan atu. Thank you once again. Adiooossssss..
