I was feeling bored just now and decided to cook something for dinner. Somehow i saw something in the fridge, something extreme. And here is what i cooked for dinner. Guess what it is?

Oh yes, i thought it would be an extreme gourmet for the house cos no one have ever try eating gall bladder cooked in curry. I once cooked Sambal Badal when i was in UK and everyone loves it but now I wanna try something different, something unique and something new for my family. Its yummy and crunchy, karas pulang tu but not all lah. Tips is cook with a slow fire agar ia cepat lembut but not over cooked, it will make the gall bladder jadi karas.
