I just got back from the cinema watching JUMPER. It was a brilliant concept movie, centering on the lives of unique people who can literally jump through wormholes and go anywhere in the world instantly. Its a story about a high school loner (Rice)who discovered the fact that he could teleport and then used it to run away from a broken home. He also used it to rob banks, paying for a nice Manhattan apartment and an over-the-top bachelor lifestyle.The the effects are astounding, it is fun to watch, and thrilling entertainment unfortunately bit dissapointing and its not a 2 hrs movie. Inda berapa menceritakan where does this Paladin comes from and from which planet? And the movie left u clueless at the part that Roland should kill teleporters like David because only God should have that power. Why? why? we need to know why? No exposition, no real conflict, no explanations, no resolutions. You scarcely care about the main characters, while the motivations of the antagonists or anyone else are never explained. People fight without real reason. The ending was really dull.
Anyways.. i give a 6/10 rate for this movie.. love the sci-fi movie but not loving the story. I guess i have to jump myself on me bed now.. see ya... *Swooossshh*
